Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Finances Tracker application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement is between you and Kaine Ventures, LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), a Texas Limited Liability Company. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Finances Tracker provides financial analytics, transaction categorization, and portfolio management tools. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional financial, legal, or tax advice.

3. Bank Account Integration

You may choose to sync your bank accounts using our third-party integration partners (including Enable Banking, Tink, and Plaid).

• By connecting your accounts, you grant us permission to access, read, and analyze your transaction data for the purpose of providing the Service.
• US Users: You acknowledge and agree that your data will be treated in accordance with the privacy policies of our US partner, Plaid Inc.
• EU Users: You acknowledge that we utilize regulated Account Information Service Providers (AISPs) like Enable Banking and Tink to securely fetch your data. You represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of the accounts you connect.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding data provided by you or your financial institutions), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kaine Ventures, LLC and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kaine Ventures, LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
